What's rad about that is, my old warehouse's landlord was
trying to buy the Mustang Ranch about 5 or 6 years ago...

He's an older german dude named Benno...
owns and manages alot of property around here...
He had a shaved head,
wore gold thin rimmed glasses,
had a Mr. T gold chain 'starter set',
wore too tight of v-neck sweaters,
and drove an older Mercedes...

He also ranched ostriches on a farm in another state...

He always was bragging about how he was gonna buy the ranch
but was $200,000 short...apparently they were asking $600,000...
He was trying to unload the property our warehouse was on forever,
but by the time it sold, the ranch had sold for $750,000...
to some guy who had 'outbid' him so to speak...
he was pretty bummed out...

Benno, the german pimp-looking dude was always saying
how he'd be able to 'test out the merchandise' etc....
telling his stories in his thick german accent...
He also went to the phillipines on a regular basis
and always brought home a girl of questionable age
to stay with him for six months or so... total wierdo...

those poor girls.... Hahahahaha..!!!!
