Wow! I asked a question and got a lot of very informative responses. I learned more from my post than I've learned anywhere.
When I was a small kid in the late 1950's my next door neighbor bought a 1934 Ford sedan and made it into a hot rod. Only problem he had was getting the motor to run properly without a lot of pushing, which I helped provide. I was hooked and every since then I've wanted a hot rod. Never wanting the easy way I would rather build one than go out and just buy it. I've always fooled with cars, mostly foreign, but it's always been in the back of my mind to have a roadster.
