A friend e-mailed me this info off a VW site. I've always used POR-15 & had decent results. My only complaint about POR is that it peels REALLY quick when exposed to brake fluid.
Check it out.

Yeah, I use it interchangably with POR-15. Actually, I like it better. It holds up to abuse a bit better, and comes in gloss black, semi gloss black, and CLEAR. I did a custom 57 Chevy a few years back, where the guy wanted to completely detail the undercarriage. NO black paint! I did the chassis, underfloor, suspension, trans, rear, etc., in regular basecoat paint to match the car, and cleared it with Master Series. WOW, looked great. It has also held up great over time, and use. They sell a 2 component topcoat for it, if you are using it where the sun can get to it. Same as POR, it breaks down in UV light.

Hows it compare to ZERO-RUST?
