I quit posting pics...I thought I was cool 'cuz I followed Fat Hack's instructions and I was able to put an avatar pic under my name...I guess I'll just stick to building cars and avoid the photo crap... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

the size of the picture was probaly to big
if you use a photo program maybe change the zise of the picture to a smaller size
and you could always when you save the picture maybe put the compression in the jpeg up a bit so it gets smaller but not to much or you will loose more in quailty

best thing is to copy just the necessary part of the picture and save that ...
