new from missouri

Ok New Guy from St. Louis, MO (jeffco area) here. Been lurking around for a while now and really like what I see. About me I’m a 27 y/o Auto mechanic by trade but have always had an interest in anything mechanical or metal and a desire to learn more (i.e. metal work, shaping, forming, casting, body work etc.) I love old hot rods, customs and bikes. I’ve got a lot of ideas of what I want and want to do so I need to learn all I can. I am very mechanical so hopefully it will be fairly easy to pick up. One thing slowing me down is I live in an apartment with no garage of my own. I work in a shop but not enough room for personal projects. I hope to meet some new people around my area with similar interests who can teach me a thing or two. Ok I’m done.

thanks for the welcomes everyone. nice to see some familiar faces too, i will be there johnny with hammer and lead paddle in hand. as far as local shows go i cant seem to catch any other than the pharaos club here in arnold, any help (times and places) would be great.
