DEUCE Chassis Experts: Spreader Bar Question

I need to fab up a front spreader bar for my Deuce chassis. It's been pinched for my A body, so the bar will measure 21 inches flange-to-flange. What's the diameter of the tube on a stock front spreader bar? Or does anyone offer a "kit" with the flanges and a cut-it-yourself tube? Thanks.

Are you going to put anything on it like a license plate holder or Moon tank? If so, go with the diameter that fits the bracket you're going to use.
