Louver press/punch

I once saw on the internet an article about a guy making a louver punch out of 3-4 inch C channel. Well I now have the material but can't find the article anymore. Does anyone know where I can find plans for this.

Ken, I built the louver press which is a copy of one that Mike Rouse built. It works great. If you have any questions PM me and I will help if I can.
