I was going to on the last car by machining down the Ford Spindles but didn't want to risk it. Running spindle mounts seemed dangerous enough without wondering if I had done this job correctly. I sold my Andlia wheels and bought some Ford wheels for $50 more. I still have the chrome straight axle for the Anglia spindles if anybody needs one.

I have a pair of 12 spokes, bought over the phone, that were supposed to be anglia spindle mount. They aren't. I've been told that if they aren't anglia they must be early Ford. Anyway, I found a pair of magnesium 5 spokes and put them on the coupe. The 12 spokes have been hanging on the garage wall for several years. If you want to trade anglias for fords, lemme know.

A guy in washington offered me a set of Ford 12 spokes yesterday for $600 plus shipping (they have old tires on them) if you need a set.

How much for the axle? Does it have spindles?

I paid $600 plus shipping from a guy in Washington. My set has old tires on them too. Maybe it's the same guy. I'd sell'em for the same price. The freight from Washington to CA has gotta be cheaper than sending them from Atlanta though.

They are 15", or do you need the hub width/ hub diameter? I'll be on the road and won't be able to measure anything until Monday. These are larger in all respects through the hub than an anglia spindle.
