Carb question...which is bigger?

A recent post informed me that the different carburetor companies use different methods to rate the flow of their carbs.
I looked for the post but couldn't find it, nor do I think my question is anwered in it. So, I'm wondering, which would flow more, a Carter or Edelbrock style 600 or a Holley 600?

Iwas told awhile back that a 600 Holley will actually flow about 650 when compared to a Eddy 600 which is supposedly right at 600.
