I just traded for a '32 pickup in a pile.It has a heidts stainless MK11 front, still apart. Will the tiny pivot bolts for the lower A arms hold up in a driver? The rice burner stuff is a lot stronger. Also the coilover mounts with a thru bolt smaller than the one on the front of my riding mower. Will this stuff be safe?
Yes they hold up but DONT use MII in a 32 pickup. You have to cut clearance for the upper control arms in the fenders and it looks like shit, even if you redo the fender. If you want an open wheeled truck............well, I better explain it since yer from Florida http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif IFS looks wrong on open wheeled cars unless they are going 200 around a road course.

This truck has fenders and they will clear.I live out in the country and fenderless don't cut it.Florida sand eats you up.Model A's have the fender interference problem.

I've had a stainless mustang2 tubular kit in my '32 sedan for about 10,000 miles now with no problems. Drives and handles like a big go-kart. I would say the trick is getting the installation right. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I have the Heidts subframe in my Chevy II, and I had a little issue with some bent lower A-arms (tubular), and Gary Heidt personally contacted me, and made it right. The new arms are WAY beefier than the old ones, and so far so good!
Other than that one issue I have LOVED this subframe!
If I can ever afford any more of their stuff, I'll use it! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
