How do i save thread of interest?

How do i save a thread that has useful info to me that i did not create or post a reply too. i have tried to search for plenty of things weeks later and have not been able to relocate them.
any help would be appreciated.

at the top of the page you should see thread tools..
click on that and scroll down to subscribe to this thread ..

this will put the thread in your subscribed threads on your members profile..
