Putting together my first flathead. Just wandering if anyone has the torquing procedure for the heads and intake. thanks...

In that order, in 20 pound increments until you reach 60 ft. lbs.

I torque them three times. Use a good clicker..not some junky spring loaded job.
Torque..let set for an hour.... Retorque and take it for a drive to engine temp..... Retorque after engine cools.
I haven't ever seen a Manifold torque procedure although I do know they require 25 ft lbs on cast styles
