An ol' gear head from SW Missouri

Got me a 56 Chev pu 3200 that needs converted from 6-bolt hubs to 5-bolt. What's the bestest easiest way?? Huh?

Probably need to swap in Camaro/Nova or 71-72 truck k-member. But there may be a faster way. Is that ball bearing hubs? If not, you might find a disc rotor that would fit. Where in SW MO? I'm Cassville.
