Does anyone have any pics of the 2003 California Hot Rod Reunion?

I took a few hundred photos, very few of the drag cars though. Spent most of my time in "the grove" or in the swapmeet. My night shots of the drags and of the Cacklefest sucked.My little digi-cam doesn't do well in the dark. I will post what I can later, right now I gotta be working to catch up.

I am sure Don (DRD57) will have great coverage of the event as usual.

Did anyone get pictures of some of the half track burnouts, like the black 46 coupe? Man, that was cool.

I just got back to Florida from the CHHR...I took 200 digital pictures, mostly of REAL HotRods..

Damn ! The Larsen & Cummins modified was the " Bomb Digitty " this year or what ? Did'nt get much time out( for pic takin' ) from show and tell . Thanks for all the Hambers and freinds alike who came by the M@@N gathering this year to appreciate the history. Jerry definitely got his money's worth........He was cruisin' and soakin' up the NITRO love !

Provided that I don't cut myself first, I find that nitro makes a rather pleasant and refreshing aftershave.

I got one of the black and flamed '57 Olds custom, and one of Ted Cyr's Lincoln-powered fueler. Don't know if they turned out or not.

Hey, did anyone see if Don Ratican was running any of his 394 Olds-powered stuff this year?

Come on guys, It's tuesday afternoon. Surely someone took some pics at CHRR! I missed it due to family shit and was hoping my HAMB buddies would get me thru the withdrawals with pics. No NITRO fix and no pics! I'm gonna die!

I have a about a half-dozen cool hot rod photos that I took at the CHRR with the intent of posting them here. Unfortunately, I have yet to decipher the arcane system for putting up photos on the HAMB.

If one of you who aren't "photographically challenged" here would care to give me your e-address, I'd be all too happy to forward them to you and let you post them here for me. I'm sure they are ones this group would really enjoy.
