took a nice break away from the car this week end. (worked on some one elses ) went back to working on my dash that i have gone way to far with (1957 fairlane dash in 1931 A pickup) whith a clear head and realizing i got nothing better to do with my time . I started on the other garnish molding and blending it into the dash.

Nice touch. Some of my favorite interiors are the Thunderbirds that have the swoopy cockpits. I know you were twisting your brain over this one. It's gonna be cool when it's done. But keep the BIG PICTURE in view and don't get mired in the details. With a dash like that, your truck is firmly planted in 60s style, so keep it on track. Nice work.

I dig it. Nice work.

Hmmm. I don't think I can post right after Nads anymore--or at least not until one of us changes a sig...

Brings the cowl right into the cab. Looks great!

I gotta start working on my garnish molding so my dash will wrap into the doors like I intended but then got side tracked.

thanks for the helpful words of encouragement. this thing had me so mind fucked. im goinh to run a 56 caddy wheel cut down to almost the size of the horn ring mounted on (your going to hate this) a honda column with the tilt still working blending into the 56 caddy turnsignal switch.
