I've got some 50 year old factory paint some 30 year old repair paint and month old scallop paint. They each have their own sheen to them. How can I make them all dull so that it has that look? I have tried red scotchbrite pads and 2200 by hand but have not been completely happy with the results. Should I use my DA with XXX grit of paper? Any suggesctions would be helpful.
