Paint question

Trying to plan ahead on paint for my 26T Mod project. I plan on using a Basecoat/Clearcoat process. I'm having an airbrush pinup done on the body. Do I do the B/Coat ,then the airbrush work , then clear over all ? Or , do I B/Coat ,C/Coat , airbrush work and then more clearcoat to seal it all in... To make things even more complicated , I also want the hood/rad. shell flamed & outlined. So , what sequence do you use ?

Ideally,there would be clear under any artwork.
So if it gets screwed up,it can be removed easily,without destroying the base.
