Hey guys. I ran across this forum after being directed from somewhere else. I have been to so many forums lately I can't remember where I've been. I've had a bunch of rods over the years and have been out of touch for a lot of years too. I was leaving Wichita KS about 17 or 18 years ago and passed a 1956 Ford Customline Victoria at a car lot. I have wished ever since I'd have stopped and bought it. I thought it was a most unique looking car. Well about 3 weeks ago I saw one online exactly like the one on that car lot so I bought it. I'm in FL and I thought it was in VA and after I told the guy I'd buy it I asked him where he was located in VA and he said "well, actually I am right outside of Denver CO". I gulped and said "OK, see you in a couple of weeks". So on the 2nd of Feb. 2008 my son and I are going to go get it. This site, along with the other ones I have found will be invaluable to an old dude like me. (67). I hope I can learn and enjoy the conversation here. Thanks :p
