That's because they were made by the same company. The wagons were such low production that it was farmed out to Ionia Body Company, Ionia, MI...or at least the Buicks were. The Olds should have a "body by Ionia" tag where the "body by Fisher" tag usually would be.

schweet, you scored it... How did you get it out of his yard? Did you beat him down on the price any? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

And, did you get him to throw the boat in with it?

Later man, lemme know how screwed up or not the engine is..

Not so much a custom, but a lot of work. All '76 TA drivetrain. Want to do some body mods, just not sure what. So the same ???'s. Got the steering figured out, left to do is the wiring, front bumper, brake lines and interior. Still have to drop the front a couple of inches, probably work the springs. Black & white pics because I'm soooo tired of looking at the green/yellow when coming home, I don't even want to see them here. Two tone primer very soon, no time for real paint right now.

just a mild custom shaving, nose, deck. it has a 401 nailhead but the air cleaner sticker says 455. i'll have to decode the #s.

paint plans you'll have to ask Donnie. he has all creative control in the paint dept.

i took some extra wheels. no, i gave him what he was asking. i didn't even try. no, he didn't throw the boat in. i didn't want it. once i pull the valve covers it'll give me some insight. also it came with a lot of extra parts. look here for the rest.

Boones, i saw the parts wagon that air ride used on ebay. it was still pretty much complete.

Ya, I had dinner with Brent on the trip to COlumbus and he said it was really complete, The car was supposed to be the original one to use but the media blaster warped every panel so bad it could not be use, so another car was found and the parts from the first were used as needed. He said he did not want that much for the car (on ebay).

Hi Guys,
Just joined from the UK.
link here to see my Edsel Villager which is in the process of being done.
Just fitting airbags all round (can't get square ones) and running flamers through straight pipes and hope to get a flake roof/stripes/dash in the near future with diamond white body.
