"So What": Actually the pinch is only about 1-3/4" each side. This only required a single cut with the cut-off disc top and bottom of the rail about 2" ahead of the firewall. Just pull it over, no heat required, one more pass part way with the disc, pull again slightly, and weld it up. The object was to make the front of the frame the same width as the radiator shell.

"60's Style": The "clutter" is in the shop behind where the frame is parked for the photo (wife's parking spot). With the RPU on its metal saw horses inside the shop, room is so tight you have to step outside to take pencil out of your pocket.

"Tuff Tin": The purpose of the temporary setup was to measure for the front suspension. It will have coil-over shocks mounted to plates within the radius rods. No leaf spring out front. Looks a little empty up there now, huh?

Thanks for the kind comments gentlemen.
