1931chevy wind shield parts

New from Indiana, I have a 1931 chevrolet 4 door standand , not chopped . Car was purchased with the wind shield sealed, would like to put it back to original .Would like be able to open and close. I am unable to afford A/C at this time . So far I have not been able to find any parts.
any help ?
