Hi, I finally signed up after lurking pretty frequently. I'm in a couple other groups too, so this should fit right in.
Been into cars for as long as I can remember. First car was a 66 Mustang that I got from my grandmother in 69. I still have that one as well as a 63 1/2 Galaxie and a 64 F-100 4x4.
I've been working on cars in one way or another for almost 40 years. Worked in different shops and taught auto mechanics for a while. I work for a utility now, so just work on my own stuff, or friends and some customers at my home shop. Currently working on restorations of a 58 Corvette and a 57 Chevy truck and my own 64 F-100. And helping (some) on a 58 Impala.
For the most part I'm into old Fords, but with the passage of time they ALL look pretty good to me today.
I'm in the Galaxie Club and the Slick 60's Ford truck group. I'm here mostly to learn, but would be glad to contribute in any way I can.
