51 Ford F1

My goal in life, before I die, is to find the chrome (pot metal) nose hood trim for my 51 Ford F1 -- oh, and to bang lot's of women. But turns out that finding the hood trim is the harder of the two. Would appreciate any help you folks can offer.

after 6 years with the non-chrome one.....I found one at a swap meet in Australia for $15 :D

If you post on the main board on here (after you politely introduce yourself and post pics of what you got now...regardless of the condition) after they all tell you to check the "Ford-Trucks" site....someone on here will have one!

You'll get Heapz of advice too...some of it might even be good!;)

A fellow Hamber (that I've never met) sent a 59 Poncho gauge cluster to me here in Tokyo Just today FOR FREE :eek: so I can make a custom dash in my RHD 52 F1 back in Australia.

And another dude is sending me the panel ABOVE the grille that he had a spare of!:eek:

As for No.2 Come visit me in Japan and you'll see how FULLY achievable that second task is too!

I found one a few years ago at a swap meet.............think I paid $20. More than I would pay for a woman.........mainly because the wife says I can't .

Trouble with the chrome pieces....next you will want the chrome grill....I found some bullets, but not the main piece yet.
