IMHO..I've known this guy from around our area since I was little.
He just got a survivor road-worthy after 30+ years.
a chopped and sectioned 39 Ford Convertible.
The coolest thing is he drives it everywhere by us, but decided to flat-tow it behind his daily(which he's owned since 63!)Remember, it's around a 4 hour ride for us!!
You be the judge! I think it fuckin' ruled!

Grump, both of those are way COOL, and the guy has good taste. Its hard to imagine how much work has gone into the convertible, the body mods alone, would be a ton of work.Too Cool!

Cool ride for sure. I just love seeing anything being flat towed. I know it's safer and more convenient to use a trailer but you've got to understand ,someone that's 60 years old, I did a lot of flat towing before I could afford my first trailer.

Yeah, I think Pete passed 60 already though!
It's cool, and to see it going down the road is awesome.

I'm not sure what the exact plan is for the top, but I'm sure it'll stay within the limits of the car and era.
I just love looking at that set-up.

I looked that car over more then once during the weekend. It sure looks to have much potential ahead of it. Even though it's plenty cool enough now.

Very cool indeed. Any history on it? Looks like something Valley Custom could have built.
