nailhead intake question

What intakes are interchangeable? Speciffically what intakes will fit a '65 401?

any of the 401 or 425 intakes will fit. the smaller nailheads had a slightly narower intake if i remember correctly. as far as best intake the 66 only qjet is the holy grail for 'em. i've been looking for one for a while. i was lazy about it for a long time but now that it's looking like rebuild time has come i am now actively looking not gonna let another pass if the prices are ok. they are never cheap but i've let a few that were decently priced pass because i had other priorities not now. hope this helps and i'm sure someone else will give you the more detailed rundown...ken....

The 401 and 425 are interchangable. They are 9" across the front bolts on the intake. The 364 is 8 3/4 across. I belive the 322 is different, like 8 1/2 " across.
