Is this stock or aftermarket?

Works by drawing in air and swirling it around in the base plate as it goes into the intake...

My Friend bought that Tornado Cleaner in. He said his car ran the same. Didnt help the gas mileage at all.

looks like an old aftermarket thing,there was also one with a little fan in the holes, all totally useless, all that would do is lean your mixture out, or act like a manifold leak!
