Just throught I would drop a line to everyone and say Hi.
Been trolling around the website checking the content and started getting this wierd sickness (hot rod blues). Always been building cars from junk and bringing life to ideas not everyone follows.
My next project will be to convert my 87' turbocoupe with a 300 horse 2.3 turbo into a t-bucket roadster, while using the suspension and anything else that can be slavaged from the car. Really interested in building a hot rod from the key points in making them in the first place (using whats avalible within reach to make something off the wall).
I figure if my 2.3 can push my 4300# down the road like rabbit, then it should be a land rocket in something that wieghts 1800#.
If anyone ever needs advice on building 2.3 drop me line. I've been playing with these motors for years and have devloped the kind of patience needed to use force induction on them.
Looking forward to having some fun community dissucsion and hope I can play my part with some different perspectives.
Still hangout at the TurboFord.org site (rice killer) if your in the area say Hi.
Have a merry christmas and new year and see everyone after the holiday.
Jason
