He used to run a Race track "Back in the day" and I was curious if any of you have had the pleasure of meeting him yet.

Battista was running (owned) the I-96 Speedway at the Lake Odessa exit back in '94. I spent many fun evenings there. He also owned (if I'm not mistaken) a USAC Silver Crown car.
I think he sold the speedway in the late 90's.

Plays bridge with my folks when he's down here. Lot's of "Old" knowledge in his head. Just wondering if anyone up there had ever run into him while he was up there for the summer. Nice guy.
