Trying to upload from my "Webshots" album http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif, and can't seem to manage. It's been to long since I've done photos, brain is fading....
What do I need to do? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Click on your photo to enlarge it, right click..copy address from properties and paste it on here after you hit the image button on your response.

Not sure about webshots but the standard way from most web sites is this.

Right click on picture.

Select Properties.

Highlight the URL shown under properties at least to where it says .jpg. Crap after that can be left off normally.

Hit CTRL/C This will capture the picture URL.

Go to your message where you want the picture and type .

With cursor after the [img] hit CTRL/V.
That will place the URL of the picture into the message.

Then type after the URL.

Repeat process for multiple pictures.

Buy me a beer at the Salt or CHRR or HAMB Drags, Your choice.

The last step is the most important...

I don't htink you can link directly from Webshots.

You might have to save the pic to your harddrive and then upload to image to the HAMB using...

"I want to preview my post and/or attach a file"

Like this:

Here's what I've had to do lately:
"Attempt" to load a picture in a post or reply. Click Edit in post or reply (as photo hasn't loaded yet), reload picture then click Continue right below loaded photo file name (not the Continue button at bottom). Then, photo appears. Can't figure out why I have to do it in that manner, as file sizing is appropriate, but that's the only way it will load. Oh, and I've always loaded directly from my desktop or driver.

RF,

that's how I do it too. most of the time anyway..

I use paint and stretch skew to 25% to resize,

only one pic per post, image quality so-so

but I think it uses more of Ryans space..
