The goggles look groovy...need a long, white scarf around your neck to complete the look, though...sorta "Red Baron meets The Old Poop!"

That Mercedez is the car of the month..We always have one in the shop that never seems to leave. Its a 78 diesel and some jackoff screwed up the ignition system. So it takes 3 hands to start it. the new owner made the mistake of saying he wasnt in a hurry...

Mike, you will have to wear em in your T. I didn't have a pair and after about 20 miles of streaming tears...I decided the cool factor really didn't apply anymore.

You shoulda been wearing em when the stye popped.
Or rather, before... When you were picking your butt and got an itch in your eye and precisely the same moment...
Got an old pair of welding goggles at an antique store a few years back.

I used to wear Kroop's goggles, and they were especially good for my daughters when they were long-distance rumbleseat riders. Flexible, and can be fit to adults or kids.
You can get them from any outfit that supplies skydivers. They come in a few different tints, as well as clear for night. They are relatively cheap (the last time I bought some, they were about five bucks a pair if you bought 20 or so pairs). That means if they get scratched up or whatever, it isn't a big deal; just get a new pair. The common skydiver name is "boogie goggles."
The girls got big enough that they don't ride in the rumble anymore, so I let the stock on hand dwindle; but there have been a few times in recent years that I wished I had some in windy/rainy conditions.

I wear a pair of military sand googles, the ones with the rubber outter and the one piece lens(tanker googles). I really wish I still had my AfricaKorps ones they were way cool, kinda like Draglinks but without the leather cushion all around them.

Goggles? Goggles? You don't need no stinking goggles if you put the seat low enough or the windshield high enough! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Those look cool though!
