Way OT but need help Car accident Law information Ca

SO my lady cant drive and backed into some bitch that was driving an newer q45 infinfiti in newport beach.. thing is that the lady driving the infiniti wasnt all the way pulled in her spot and on top of it she was in a handicap stall with no placard and doesnt have one..... there are no pics "my girlfriend didnt have her camera" so what can be done? she called my girlfriends INS comp... so should my lady call hers and tell them this info??

If the other party is trying to cuase a problem for her, then she should contact the other company. But she should keep in good touch with HER agent. If the other person is calling her agent just to check on things, don't worry. If the police had to make a report on the original incedent, the no placard thing would be a separate ticket having nothing to do with it. i was a claims adjuster for a while. i hate to say it butt if your lady was backing it's her fault. contact ooloi49 on this board he is still a claims adjuster.

hehehe newport.......of course she was in the handi spot, someone like her should'nt have to walk far.........she lives in newport. the one thing that she could get is a ticket for being in the handi spot (not likely if she lives there). you can get one of those back-up sensors that beeps faster as you get close to something........just hook it up to an air horn http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

Like posted, she should contact them. Regardless of the violations the driver of the Infinit made, your girfriend is still responsible for the damage and backing up. Since no PO "caught" the Infiniti driver in the act, there is nothing can be done. Good Luck.
