Hey guys I am Rockabilly Tim. I also go by Tim Jones. I am 16 years old, and my daily transportation is a 92 ford explorer, but I want to start
work on a traditional T roaster loosley based on Ed Iskenderian's 24' T. So far I have only located some parts, but the work is progressing. I have been into
Hot rods and custom cars since i first read about George Barrisand other kustom guys at a young age. I also enjoy the friday night street legal drags at my local strip, Island Dragway. I look forward to getting to know you guys, and I hope to look for guidence when building the T, and maybe some fun and good times.

What kind of engine are you going to put in that Isky-inspired T? The original had a flathead with an OHV conversion, so I'm guessing it won't be that...

I hope to put a flattie in it but since ardun is selling thier OHV conversion kit for $12,000 OHV is not an option,
and besides, his OHV conversion was from maxi.

Thats why I stress that it is inspired by, not a replica of, and although i would prefer steel,
I will probably wind up using glass.

Didn't Isky make his own OHV conversion? I was lucky enough to see that car in Oakland one time...it is so nice.
Anyway, welcome aboard
