need caddy motor/tranny

i have a 63 cadillac that has a bad transmission (hydramatic). i am looking for a working replacement or any other option that will bolt up to the 390. i will also consider a different motor/tranny combo. any leeds or info regarding this transmission or other options would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
