I was wondering how well airbags would work on a 65 f-100. Also, what kind of load can they handle? I want to get the truck nice and low, but I also plan on towing with it. Just fishing for ideas.

Probably the worst possible type of suspension to try and make adjustable height by any means.
The camber changes radically when the vehicle height changes. just have a big friend stand on the bumper and bounce it up and down and see what I mean.
That would be super squirilly on the road at any height othr than "stock". http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

A buddy of mine is running Firestone 2600's on his 66 and they work great. He has dropped beams and had an alignment done at the ride height. When he dumps the air the wheels tuck into the fenders and it looks really good.
If you want low, you need dropped beams and bags both(another one of FORD's better ideas http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif).

Yeah, that pretty much sucks. Thanks for the info. though. That's what I was thinking: dropped beams and bags, and 4-bar rear. I also have an 84 lincoln that I might use for the front.
