Did anyone go out to that Winstar Casino show in OK?

Just wondering. I saw ads for it but do not know anybody that went out...I was curious if it is worth going to in the future.

I thought about it, but didn't know of anyone else going. Suppossedly top honors at the show took home around $25k or something like that. I never saw any of the ads, just heard from others who did.(I don't watch much tv) I'm sure there were a lot of high caliber rods there. What was the actual name of the event? I'll do a search and see what I can turn up on some other boards if someone knows what the event was called.

Carshow at Winstar!? Dang, I didn't hear about it. My company built that place (Multimedia Games... it was essentially a turn-key casino for the Chickasaws.) I probably could have found some way to get work to pay for my trip... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

One of my customers went. They had no classes, and most of the entries didn't even return on sunday. They did give away the 5000 prize, but the 25k was a game. You had to keep choosing envelopes and MAYBE get to the 25k mark. You actually didn't need a car to enter. Just pay the entry fee and everyone had a chance. I don't think it will be a very big hit next yeaqr if they try again.
