...but my new favorite might be this Lincoln. The details on this car were way tastier than the photo shows.

I love this truck...
The young kid driving it was stoked about it... he fabbed up mounts to put a 383 Mopar in it that flat out rumbles... clean install, detailed... neat kid, neat truck.
Plans are to drop it with a Mustang II... I forgot to tell him about Industrial Chassis... next time I see him I'll send him Steve's way.

I wouldn't wear a shirt like this, mainly because I have a lot of fun at Goodguys' shows and respect what they have done for the hobby... not to mention laugh at jokers who use the "Greedyguys" term... but it was kind of funny to see it, none the less.
And why didn't they call it the ROB and corruption association??? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I'm talking nomenclature. A three-window coupe actually has four windows--1 rear, 2 side, and 1 front. I guess you could say a windshield doesn't qualify as a window, but it feels like splitting hairs to me. Doesn't matter anyway--I don't expect the term to change anytime soon.

It's called a three window yet there are four windows. Always kinda wondered that myself...and which window exactly is the one that isn't counted...

ha ha i had problems with that when i was a kid but if you think about it the windshield is never refered to as a window you roll down you back window or your side window ...but never open your front window ...its alway open the windshield???? i guess its just a name game???

07-11-2004, 07:08 PM
"The front glass is called a windshield... not a window" Was the explanation I got years ago.
That coupe sounded HEALTHY. Someone said the chassis was under his Bonneville car... he "detuned" the motor and then found the coupe body for it.

When mounting a later flathead in an old ride use the truck water pumps for a cleaner look in my opinion. Or maybe this was a truck motor.
