how about doing a parts cost comparason on a model A axle with drums vs a disc setup?

i wonder if theres a big difference...

Depends on what you Need to buy. Drums are around $100 each, wheel Cylinders are 50-100each. Shoes can be bought reman for $50 pr. It can add up to the price of a disk kit REAL fast!

tman, i was just kinda wondering why anyone would spend the same $$$ or more to run drum brakes....
thought it might be interesting for a few on here,that's all.
i wouldn't even consider front drums,myself.
