Ok, so I'm getting ready to order the header/exhaust kit from TA Performance...
(possibly a new starter as well... mine is weak as hell...)

Have any of you guys installed their header kit..??
Can the exhaust manifolds be swapped out 'easily' with the engine in place..??
Just how much better was your performance..??
TA shows a difference of 20-30 HP(!!!) with a 455 engine,
and a decent torque difference too...

also, does anybody know if a mini-starter for a 400-455 etc.
will fit the 425 Nailhead engine as well..?
Or should I go ahead and just order the one from that Tom guy..??
and does he have a website to order one from..??
(I know I've asked for his info before, a LONG time ago...sorry)

Thanks a ton for any info and/or advice..!!! -Snacks....

Well I do know the 455 starter will not fit. But here's Tom's info if ya need it.

Mini-starters are available. Weigh 8lbs. 9ozs. Will fit '61-'66 364/401/425 engines only at this time. Will be working on older designs soon, depending on interest. All brand new, no rebuilts. $299.00 plus shipping.
Also getting closer to production, Roller Tip Rocker Arms for all NailHeads from'53-'66. Will post dyno results when the time comes for all to see & read.

you might have to move stuff around a bit, but it's pretty simple to pull the manifolds without moving the engine. as far as the headers, i have no experience with them, but have read that they are a simple install.
