I was looking at a steering box from a '67 stang and was wondering what the difference is between the the '67 and the '68-70 boxes? Wouldn't a Cougar from '68-'70 have the same box as a 'stang? I've never really been into the 'stang thing so I'm clueless and do not want to spend a large part of my unemployment check on the wrong part! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

the earlier mustang 65-67had the steering shaft go all the way to the steering wheel,no rag joint . use alater one to save modificatin cost.

I used a '68 Falcon box on my AV8. It looks exactly like a Mustang. Drives like a drean too.
