You guys are amazing. Build'em and DRIVE them!!
For those who don't know, Finns are probably the greatest drivers on the planet. Something about learning to drive fast on ice and snow (ZERO traction = handling a skittish ride). That quarry's just a little warmer. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

In my younger days, I worked in a stone quarry here in the states, Carthage Marble Co.
I can tell you it is not easy to drive vehicles made for hauling and driving on quarry roads.
To drive a hot rod like these dudes do, takes big ones.

Those are THE coolest hot rod pics I've ever seen. Period.
And we do have something like that in the states -- called Rallycross. Like an autocross on dirt. Some of them are held in gravel pits, or on plowed fields. Lotsa fun. But never heard of hot rods partaking in one.
