Awright...dug up a few pics for ya from last Summer...
These were taken down in Indianapolis at Automotive Hammer Art where the crew was working on a fenderless, "extended cab" pickup based on this concept drawing done by a local artist...

Here's a picture of the work that had been done to the cab by that point in time...might be more involved if you are starting from a coupe body, though!

Another pic...
Kustombuilder is also building an x-tra cab Model A pickup sans fenders based upon a concept drawing done by Jeem. In addition, I think Speedway sells an extended cab Model A pickup cab in 'glass...in case ya wanna go that way!

Fat Hack addresses two points:
1. You can't ask for photoshop help if you don't give us photo to work with! Bzzt. Foul.
2. If you plan on making a truck cab, you will need the back of a truck cab.
Without knowing what you mean that the rear has been "axed", it's hard to offer up more advice.

Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeet Man! We've used sedan backs for pickups for near a hundert years! That'l make the coupe look good in the rear and quarters. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

He's got a coupe. And I have no idea what it looks like. Assuming he finds a sedan or truck body, he could just build that instead. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Anyway, point is, we can't photoshop what isn't there.
