I believe it's time to do the brakes on my car, which haven't worked for who knows how long, its been sitting for at least ten years... The problem: nasty sludge in the master. The plan is to clean it out and then use brake fluid to push it out of the hard lines, will this be good enough? Then I'm going to replace all the rubber hoses, wheel cylinders, and the shoes. Is there anything I'm forgetting? Anything to watch for, remember to do,...? I think my brother and I can figure it out, but I'm a little nervous, I've heard brakes are an essential part in getting a vehicle to slow and stop...
