just thought i'd say hello, and introduce myself:)
i turn wrenches for a living, [20 years now:eek: ], and work at a chevy dealership, been there for the last 7 years. owner of the place is a ford fanatic [ironic, huh?], so on occasion, i do some side work for him on his old fords, i do mostly the 50's era stuff, stock repairs, making them road-worthy etc..
i had a 66 chevelle, and a 71 camaro ss, but like an idiot, sold them:mad: [they were 'done', turn key cars].
so...here i am a few years later with the 'itch' again, really starting to like the looks of the 'fat fendered' cars, so i figured it was time to start reading up on things, and see what's out there, and get some ideas.
that's my story, and i'm stickin' to it;)
