Apparently I've never got around to saying "Hey!" Well, I'm a new guy here. My name's Dean and I live in Troy, MO. Just bought my first "old" car back in August. I don't like calin' it 'old because, while it IS older than me, it ain't older by much! It's a 53 Plymouth Belvedere powered by 218 rip-roarin' cubic inches of flathead six! It's a great cruiser and I've been having fun with it. Here's hopin' I can find folx here that I can talk with and maybe, just maybe, get some help with my new 'old car adventure'

Welcome Dean. I'd say anything made in 1953 is old and a flathead six makes it really cool. I'm working on a 50 shoebox with the flathead six. Hope to have her back on the road by the spring. Well stay warm and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
