scope out the oil pressure gauge we used sitting up in front of the windshield!
its the whole dash panel out of the donor truck, I forgot to plug off the line before we fired it up and had to use that for the initial drive http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Sanford and Son..........after they took the fenders off http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Neat ole truck.........I love those F1's. Mine was red also. Had a SBC too ........ http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You are just at the turning point. All the work, sweat and sacifice ............and then you ride. And the rest just goes together so much faster and easier once you get to where you are now.

Congratulations...........on saving neat old stuff and riding.

well it sure is a relief to finally get this far, I been procrastinating about getting the drive shaft built and finally spent the 60.00 yesterday and had it done! then lastnight the oldest kid and me went at it to get the back brakes in and bled them all adjusted as well and this morning we put in the driveshaft radiator and some little things to finally hear it roar to life!
