Just kind of curious to see who does the most ball busting around here. I first got my introduction to the HAMB attitude adjustment posse by Steve back in '01.
I jumped in and asked a stupid question about steering linkage, and Steve called me out...

you know the funny thing is I never got my balls busted on this board. I snuck in when the board still looked something similar to the ford barn . just a topic and the a list of replies to the topic under it all on one page. I asked about removing a broken bolt, kinda funny that engine is now in the roach rod.

I snuck in the back door on a Sunday nite and they all thought I lived here....thought I had it made until I told a story about my high school buddy back in the early 60's jumping over the fence to a metal salvage place. He could feel a shubox ford tranny in the dark, throw it over the fence, toss it in the trunk of his 50 ford and be gone in 30 seconds..
They dog piled me...and when it got done I was being accused of stealing parts off fellow rodder's cars! Some guys were saying what they'd do to a common thief like me!!! The whole thing spooked the shit outta me and I didn't come back for a week...

It had the profile that I wanted on my own project car (I didn't mean to say that I would copy that ride exactly, just the stance that it had), but the one in the picture was most likely a trailer queen and germ gave me shit fer saying I wanted my car to look like it. It was more funny than anything and I thank germ fer it being the first to bust my ass.
