Newbie looking for Borg-Warner T-50 help

I stumbled across the H.A.M.B. while searching for parts and advice for a 1962 Buick 215 cid aluminum V8 I am restoring. The engine is coming along (see photo) but I'm having trouble with the Borg Warner T-50 five speed manual transmission I plan to use with it. Does anyone know where I can find a shifter for this tranny? Any recommendations on clutch and hydraulic actuator to use?

I have a t-50 behind the 215 in my '62 Buick Skylark. The integrated shifter these come with look horrid. I cut the shifter and welded on a Hurst. My tranny has since died, but until it did, the weld-on Hurst method looked and worked great.
