It looks like a 1930 Desoto to me.

Looks like a 1928-31 Dodge to me. Take the time to double cut and drop the rear window so you can see what is behind you.

37 Kid was right on. You got yourself a 28-9 Dodge. I had one for a while in the yard and someone finally showed me some pics of a done one. It's the visor that gives it away for sure. Bitchin car.
