I just traded a gun for a blackhawk 98261 mig welder. it also has stitch capability, and 4 knobs for adjustment of stitch welding- anybody ever use these? tips, suggestions?

I`ve never seen the need to use the stitch setting. It just pulsates(sp) for if you`re doing a bunch of tack welds.
Did the welder come with a bottle?

no, have to get a bottle, but that's ok- i didn't give him any ammo with the gun

I have a stitch setting on my new machine as well. It has a timer as well!
I never use it either
