Tis the season for theiving apparently...I was just informed today my mother-in-law's Ford Taurus station wagon, of all things, had the rear center brake light lens lifted in broad daylight. Just the crappy faded out lens...nothing else.

I do, but I keep the car somewhere else. My neighborhood in Hixon got hit a few months ago, first time ever for that, but the place I store the car at has been hit more than once, just not within the past 7 or 8 years.

Well, just so you know, it really COULD have fallen off...
I have a piece of trim around the grill on my 55 Ford (yes, I realize it isn't the same) that is held in with little spring clips. It pops out every now and then on 2/3 of the clips, so it could be possible that it fell off.
It isn't very likely, though.

i had my tire valve stem dice stolen once at work!!!, so i got another pair and super glued a little bead in them and just turned them on my stems one thread ,well whoever took em and put em there machine was gona have a flat in a couple of hours ,neat little trick i learned from delinquincy haha, any how my buddy owns the triple AAA in town and he got a call in the next morning ,he told me aguy called and said he needed an air tank to blow up his tires,i laughed my ass off, he told me who and i slowly drove by his house that afternoon and just smiled at him ,i drive a 60 belair and he had a57 kind of beat up ,but it had new whitewalls on and he just had to know he got what he deserved , can only guess he was told by the first thief where he got em or hed wanted two pair.

My uncle and my pops help put on the Rattle Snake Races in San Pat. Texas every year. After having my car broken into 3 times in one year we came real close to putting a live one in there every night...unfortunately given the sue-happy society we live in and we were in suburberia we shelved that idea.
